Students are deprived of the liberty to choose the members of their team. This is done to ensure children develop the virtue of respecting differences of others and accepting them. Students move away from their comfort zone and face challenges fearlessly. In sports, teamwork plays a dominant role as it is a vital aspect of a team.

Essay on Teamwork: When two or more individuals strive together and combine efforts to achieve a single, specific goal, it is called “Teamwork”. Every company needs teamwork for achieving growth and prosperity. The total work done by a team is far more accomplished than individual efforts by employees.

The teamwork and hard work needed to win always pushed me to do my best. My coach always told us «A player can make a difference, but a team can make a miracle». This means a lot to me because of the experience I had over the past few years. We had trouble playing as a team because everyone wanted to be the star.

All of us have different strategies but a team works on the same strategy with some principles and they are: Analyzing the Task: The very first thing is, a team should analyze the task and assign work as per interest. It helps us to know how much time it could take and how smoothly they can work.
